The method: where science meets deep rest

Tension and stress don’t just live in the mind, they’re held in the body. You may feel this as tightness, restlessness, or emotional heaviness. Often, no amount of sleep or ordinary rest is enough to fully release it.

Developed by Dr. David Berceli, Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®) work with the body’s natural tremor mechanism; a built-in way to discharge stress that many of us have learned to suppress. In this session, the process is guided gently, safely, and intentionally.

We combine TRE® movement with the healing resonance of a Sound Bath and the transformative depth of Guided Hypnosis — three complementary modalities working together to support release and lasting restoration at both body and subconscious levels.

You don’t need any prior experience. Simply arrive, and allow your body to do what it already knows how to do.


What you’ll experience: three paths to stillness

I. Sound Bath — Healing vibration

Immerse yourself in resonant tones (e.g., crystal singing bowls). Sound vibration supports deep relaxation without needing to “try.”

II. TRE® Movement — Natural release

Simple TRE® guided movements activate your body’s innate tremor reflex to discharge stored stress and tension.

III. Guided Hypnosis — Deep integration

In a deeply relaxed state, guided hypnosis supports your subconscious in releasing stress patterns and anchoring a lasting sense of calm, safety, and empowerment. You remain fully in control throughout.
